“Arriving by rental car, we found the barrier on the street a bit tricky. The hotel's own parking was full when we arrived (and the nearby lot too), so we used a free public lot further away. Later a hotel spot freed up, but we didn't use it. Parking is an inconvenience for guests. The room was good but not memorable. Still, the location right at the Mezquita and next to other attractions was excellent, and the lobby, restaurant, and courtyard were beautiful. Staff were friendly (though no Russian spoken). Just don't confuse it with the 5-star Eurostars Palas.”

“The hotel hall is lovely and sets the tone. Everything is nicely decorated, and the staff are very nice and gentle, especially the lady taking names at breakfast. Breakfast was tasty. The hotel is next to the Mosque and Roman Bridge, with many places within walking distance. There's a cafe off the hall and a shop with nice things. I'd stay again, in a more comfortable room.”
